Perkins Restaurant & Bakery has been around since 1957, but everything about it was fading. I helped to develop a new positioning and personality, and even gave it its new identity: Perkins American Food Co.
Perkins is now positioned for massive growth, signing a record number of franchise deals since the new brand launched.
